I feel like I've been doing this workout for years when it's only day 9!! I am shocked as to how much i sweat! It's unbelievable! I can definitely do these moves better now then on the early days although they're still really hard to do. I got the muscular structure work done this morning. I do add a little webisode-originial ab and arm webisode so I end up doing about 50 min worth. Then after lunch I did the cardio. UGH!!! Sorry Tracy-but I hate it! You keep saying that I'll get better at it and learn to love it but not by 8 I do. I sure hope by next week!!! Otherwise I'll push through. I know the saying no pain - no gain but this is hard!!! My shins have handled the dancing well so far. However, my calves are burning still.
So I haven't been faithful on the diet. I have 4 small children at home asking for food every 5 minutes and I just can't handle the diet. It's too little food for me right now. So I am compensating by the eliptical or treadmill. I constantly change the inclines so hopefully that's not too awful-I know it's against TA. Until I can really get the dance cardio going-I am including this other form of cardio.
Well I made it through day 8! Yay me!!! Now off to have a green monster!!
