Hipcentric Day 8

Not easy today.  I'm super sore from the dancing.  I confess that my first time dancing again was on day 6-which was a saturday.  Thankfully-I had a rest day the next day.  Yet my calves are still on fire.  I'm actually limping when I walk.  I know for sure that the dancing is instrumental to the results and will just get through it.

The muscular structure workout is getting a bit easier from days 1-4.  I wanted to puke on those days.  Can't believe how weak I've become.  I love the soreness.  I know things are working.  It amazes me that only 30 minutes gives me this kind of soreness. 

I'm glad Tracy says to sweat and to love sweating because I really sweat!!!  The dancing was difficult.  It always is for me.  My calves were on fire but I just pushed through.  I couldn't follow her completely but kept glancing over at her on my little TV seeing her new moves and then would try to do them.  I hda to stop about 3 times for a breather and water.  Then jumped back in.  I dance infront of a mirror and so much jiggles!  I keep telling myself one day it won't!
