The muscular structure part got, not easy, but doable. I'm thrilled to know that I've gained muscle already. I couldn't do those moves as easily (well still not easy) last week. I was also able to up 2 of the leg moves to 30 reps when last week it was 20reps. I just love the feel of progress!!!
I just completed the dance cardio and have to say I don't know how to like it. I'm pushing through it. I think jumping up and down, at 40 years old after giving birth to 4 big babies isn't natural. It doesn't feel well. I took about 3 breaks which was good!! I just jumped back in. I do my workouts in front of a mirror now and I'm glad because I can see the progress. So much of me jiggles right now and I just keep telling myself to dance that jiggle off of you!!! A day is coming where you will see less jiggle.
I'm going to take pictures and measurements tomorrow morning before day 11 begins. I'm hoping this will motivate me to get to day 90!
This workout does work. I do see progress. But it is TOUGH! It's not easy by any means but the way it makes me feel is sooooo worth it so I will continue to push through. I do wish the scale would cooperate more. It doesn't seem to like me. :)
